As you normally have had positive experiences with us in the past, we hope that you will give us another chance. If it is a small kitchen item, it is not always noticed by our housekeeping staff will deliver it to the cabin as sson as possible. Being a rental property, occasionally things will go missing. They are required to keep them fully stocked with everyday cookware and utensils. The units are stocked individulally by the home owners. We supplemented the heating issue with the space heaters in the basement until the vendor could address it.
Unfortunately this type of repair does require an outside vendor. I am sorry that the cabin you stayed in was having heating issues in the basement. I truly believe that this was a misunderstanding, but again we apologize if you felt we did not care. Hidden Mountain has been under the same ownership and management for over thirty years. As you stated, when you have stayed with us in the past, you have had a great experiences.
